ROLE:
Service Support Manager
HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours
LOCATION:
Aberdeen, Balmoral Hub - Balmoral Business Park
Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services are seeking an organised and proactive Support Manager to deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning specifications and compliance procedures.
Main duties:- Build strong relationships with contract clients,
- Visit sites and conduct audit inspections,
- Monitor performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications,
- Manage daily employee performances and ensure Health & Safety compliance,
- Ensure service delivery across multiple contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting, Compliance),
- Strong experience in people management,
- Confident communicator and experience customer / client service,
- Strong organisational and time management skills,
- IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office,
- Full UK clean driving licence (company car provided),
- IOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable,
