Location: Aberdeen City
Kepak McIntosh Donald is seeking a Boning Hall Supervisor to oversee operatives, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across boning, butchering, trimming and finishing processes. You will coordinate daily production with the team to meet plan, while maintaining compliance with SOPs and client specifications.
The role requires fluent English, proven leadership in high-volume meat processing, and the ability to drive improvements in throughput and waste reduction.
