We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting complex manufacturing and refurbishment activities.

Partnering with the Best

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead, coordinate, and develop repair and manufacturing strategies to support the refurbishment of rental equipment, aftermarket equipment, and new-build solutions equipment.

You will be responsible for evaluating the criticality of components and understanding the impact on fit, form, and function. You will provide technical support to the designated workshop, ensure work instructions and survey reports are executed in accordance with production plans, and continuously identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Providing job routings and work instructions to the workshop to ensure job execution is performed correctly, efficiently, and safely.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to workshop personnel to support effective project execution and successful customer delivery.
  • Monitoring manufacturing cycle times and identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.
  • Compiling survey reports and defining repair methods required to facilitate refurbishment activities.
  • Determining and defining the appropriate test equipment required to execute work scopes.
  • Leading by example to achieve the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align priorities, support execution of deliverables, and share lessons learned.
  • Working closely with shop floor personnel to define, standardize, and improve manufacturing processes, including lifting operations, testing, assembly, and disassembly methods.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, manufacturing specifications, quality requirements, and company procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Have proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within aftermarket, repair solutions, or industrial equipment operations.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Possess excellent written communication, technical reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Be capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and customer focus.
  • Have experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Display a results‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement.
  • Have knowledge of manufacturing processes, repair methodologies, testing requirements, and engineering best practices.
  • Be committed to maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:

This is a site‑based role with a standard 37.5‑hour working week. Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including a one‑hour lunch break). Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM. Overtime opportunities are regularly available, subject to business and workload requirements. Optional participation in a 1-in-3 backshift rotation schedule.
