Location:

Aberdeen Salary: £33,280 per annum increasing to £35,880 on achievement of KPIs

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 0630 to 1500;
Friday, 0600 to 1430

Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time No weekends or backshifts

Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of production operatives on the factory floor. Ensure daily production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Promote and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety at all times. Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members. Manage staff attendance, performance, and productivity on shift.

Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency. Conduct regular production checks and complete relevant documentation accurately. Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and encourage best working practices throughout the team. Requirements Previous supervisory experience within a food production or manufacturing environment is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads effectively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Competent IT skills and experience completing production-related paperwork and reports.
