Marketing & Communications Manager Maternity Cover

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent application of main and sub-brands both internally and externally.
• Promote the company’s brand through case studies, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Plan and deliver exhibitions, corporate events, and conferences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and site heads to develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Create promotional materials, email campaigns, and digital content.
• Track and report on marketing performance at Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.

Digital Marketing & Communications

• Oversee and update the company’s Word Press websites (content creation, SEO, analytics).
• Manage and grow social media channels to enhance brand engagement.
• Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases.
• Implement an internal communications plan to align employees with company goals.
• Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials.
