The PPC Specialist is responsible for the hands‑on management, optimisation, and scaling of paid search, display, and programmatic advertising across RWS’s global digital ecosystem.
As part of a modern, performance‑led Growth Marketing team, this role focuses on capturing high‑intent demand, accelerating pipeline creation, and improving efficiency across the paid funnel. The PPC Specialist works closely with the Head of Paid Media to execute channel strategy, test new approaches, and ensure paid investment delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
This role plays a critical part in connecting growth campaigns, content, and landing experiences — ensuring paid media drives not just traffic, but qualified demand and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities Paid Search, Display & Programmatic Management- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC activity across paid search, display, and programmatic channels.
- Own keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding models, and budget pacing in line with growth priorities.
- Manage always‑on demand capture as well as campaign‑led activation across priority solutions, industries, and regions.
- Ensure paid media activity aligns with ICPs, buying stages, and campaign objectives.
- Continuously test and optimise ad copy, formats, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Partner with CRO and Digital Experience teams to optimise landing pages and post‑click journeys.
- Use performance data to identify scale opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Support experimentation with new formats, platforms, and targeting approaches.
- Work closely with Campaign Managers to align PPC execution with growth campaigns and demand targets.
- Partner with Content and Creative teams to develop high‑performing paid assets.
- Ensure paid activity supports mid‑funnel and lower‑funnel demand generation goals.
- Track performance across CPC, CPA, CVR, and pipeline contribution.
- Produce regular performance summaries and optimisation recommendations for the Head of Paid Media.
- Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth reviews.
- Ensure learnings are documented and shared across the Growth Marketing team.
- Strong experience managing PPC and display campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and display/programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
- Experience working within integrated growth or demand generation teams.
- Performance‑driven and commercially focused mindset.
- Experience supporting global or multi‑region campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools.
- Experience working closely with CRO or digital optimisation teams.
