We’re now looking for an ambitious, creative, and proactive Marketing Executive to help strengthen our brand presence, tell our story, and engage our clients and prospective clients across digital channels.

Role Description

This is an exciting new opportunity for a creative, driven all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As Munro’s Travel’s first dedicated marketing executive, you’ll have the freedom to take ownership of our marketing strategy and make a real impact on how our brand is seen across the travel sector. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of innovative marketing campaigns, engaging digital content, and client-focused initiatives that showcase our expertise and exceptional service.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns — including email, digital, and social media — to strengthen brand awareness, support client engagement, and drive business growth.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and social media promotions), optimising performance, tracking ROI, and maximising visibility across target audiences.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, on‑brand content, such as articles, blogs, client case studies, graphics, videos, newsletters, and press materials that communicate our value and expertise.
  • Manage and grow Munro’s social media presence, developing content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance to increase reach and engagement.
  • Support the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, and client communications, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics across campaigns, website traffic, and social channels, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience behaviours to guide marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Assist with client engagement activities, including newsletters, surveys, events, and communications that strengthen client relationships and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership, contributing creative ideas and ensuring marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints, ensuring every message and asset reinforces Munro’s Travel’s reputation for quality and reliability.
About You
  • A creative storyteller with a passion for marketing and design
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Interested in the travel industry and/or energy sector
  • Skilled in using digital tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Word Press, or similar
  • Confident using and managing social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok etc.)
  • Experience with video editing or photography is a bonus
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in a similar marketing role
  • Excellent writing, communication, and visual design skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
