Position OverviewWe are building a high-performing livestream team to deliver Tik Tok Shop LIVE campaigns for leading beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
This role sits within the Live Strategy team, working hand-in-hand with Production, Visual, and Host teams. Unlike back-office roles, this is an on-site, live-facing position that directly influences performance in real time.
As part of the Strategy team, you are expected to constantly think about commercial performance— GMV, conversion, traffic efficiency and incentive structure. This is a role directly tied to revenue outcomes, where strategic decisions in the live room have immediate commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning:Assist in shaping livestream strategy, including product flow, promotional offers, incentive structure, and engagement mechanics — always with a focus on maximise conversion and commercial performance.
- Preheat & Traffic Support:Contribute to preheat short video content, including scripting, filming and basic editing where required, to support live attendance and traffic quality.
- Ad Spend & Performance Monitoring:Support live ad, keeping an eye on budget pacing and ROI targets, and flagging adjustments where needed to protect efficiency.
- Run of Show & Host Alignment:Prepare and brief hosts ahead of each session, align promotions and product talking points.
- On-Screen & Visual Coordination:Collaborate with Production and Visual teams to ensure promotions, stickers, and product displays are aligned and clearly communicated.
- Live Monitoring & Adjustments:Track performance during the live and suggest timely adjustments to maximise results.
- Post-Live Reporting:Summarise key insights and provide recommendations to improve future sessions.
- Passion for Tik Tok, live shopping, and e-commerce growth
- Strong commercial awareness — sensitive to pricing, promotions, and conversion drivers
- Detail-oriented and highly responsive, with the ability to make quick, data-led decisions in real time
- Strong communication and teamwork skills — able to work seamlessly with hosts, production, and creative teams
- Experience with Tik Tok Shop or live streaming is a plus, but not essential (training will be provided)
- First-hand experience running livestream campaigns for top brands on Tik Tok Shop
- Training in livestream strategy, conversion tactics, and optimisation techniques
