Marketing Administrator

Support the Marketing team in delivering digital and traditional marketing activity. You’ll help with campaigns, content, events and day‑to‑day admin to support brand awareness, internal communications and business growth.

• Support delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print and events
• Assist with content creation for website and social media
• Maintain marketing records, databases and assets
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and comms
• Support trade shows, exhibitions and events
• Raise POs, process invoices and source quotes
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
• Provide general admin and day‑to‑day support to the team

• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills
• Proactive, reliable and team‑focused
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable supporting admin and coordination tasks
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Experience with Canva or Adobe (preferred)

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar
• Up to 1 year’s experience (desirable, not essential)
