Social Media Ambassador

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Ambassador to help showcase life as a resident at our student accommodation.

Through engaging social media content. You will capture what it’s really like to live at our Student Accommodation, creating content that gives prospective and current residents an insight into student life, the accommodation and everything the local area has to offer.

• Create engaging video content, including day-in-the-life videos, room tours and behind-the-scenes glimpses of life at Space.
• Showcase resident events, activities and experiences within the accommodation.
• Highlight interesting things to see and do around your city that residents can enjoy.
• Film and edit short-form video content suitable for Tik Tok and Instagram Reels.
• Send edited videos to the Space team for review and scheduling.
• Capture Instagram Stories when attending selected events, where required.

• Someone creative, confident and comfortable creating social media content.
• An interest in Tik Tok, Instagram and current social media trends.
• Someone who can take initiative and come up with fresh content ideas.
• Good video editing skills and an eye for engaging content.
• Someone who is enthusiastic about student life and showcasing the Space community.

You’ll work closely with the Space team, who will review the content and coordinate the publishing schedule to ensure everything fits into our wider social media plans.
