Responsibilities
The incumbent will be supporting Ocean Park's Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. S/he will be responsible for developing messaging and programming for key CSR campaigns and programmes. S/he will also build on existing programme ideas and generate new, innovative ideas and processes to support emerging programmes. In addition, s/he will design and implement programmes that leverage Ocean Park's CSR and other resources with minimal guidance.
Furthermore, s/he will promote employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. S/he will actively build relationships with local community groups, non-profit organisations and industry associations to achieve collaborative goals.
- Degree in Social Work, Public Relations, Communications or relevant disciplines
- With at least 8 years’ experience in CSR, with significant exposure to major corporate CSR programmes
- With internal and external event production experience
- Excellent written communication, interpersonal, organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels
- Proactive, creative and independent, good team player and able to multitask and work under tight timeline
Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant CSR Manager.
