As we establish the CIC, we are looking to appoint Volunteer Non-Executive Directors (Founding Board Members) to help guide the organisation through its next stage of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a new organisation from the very beginning while helping increase access to mental health support across Scotland and beyond.

As a founding Board member, you will play an important role in shaping the organisation's strategy, governance and long‑term impact.
