Aberdeen FC Community Trust is an award-winning charity, existing to provide support and opportunity to change lives for the better, across the North East of Scotland and beyond.
AFCCT is the independent partner charity of Aberdeen Football Club and, together with the ‘hook’ of football, utilises the Club’s high profile, brand and connections to enhance the delivery of the trust’s charitable objectives to benefit local communities and positively influence others.
We currently have a vacancy for a Mindset Coach, offered on a fixed-term contract running until July 2029. Applicants should have experience / qualifications in one of the following areas - youth work, sports coaching, community education alongside a passion for improving mental wellbeing and a knowledge of the current mental health support landscape in the North East of Scotland.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, with flexibility on working hours required due to the nature of the role. This role will be mainly delivering offsite with some office time.

Training:
Regular CPD events and opportunities for development and progression Interviews for this role are expected to start week commencing 14th September 2026.
Pay:
Up to £27,545.00 per year
