NHS Grampian is seeking a Senior Charge Nurse to lead our Frailty Team in Ward 304 or Ward 104, with 36 hours per week. This is a senior nursing leadership role focusing on safe, person-centred care for older adults with complex needs.
You will provide visible clinical leadership, support staff development, and drive improvements in frailty services, patient flow and outcomes, working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to foster a positive team culture.
