Location: Aberdeen City
NHS Grampian seeks a capable Senior Charge Nurse to lead our Frailty Team in Ward 304 or Ward 104. The role is 36 hours per week with a focus on improving care for frail older adults and delivering safe, person-centred nursing leadership.
You will provide visible clinical leadership, support staff development, drive service improvements across the frailty pathway, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient flow and outcomes.
