The practice has grown steadily and is now seeking an experienced Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to become part of its close-knit and collaborative team.

• Small animal work
• Seasonal beef and sheep farm work
• A small amount of equine
• Advanced sheep reproduction facilities, including embryo transfer

The rota is structured, organised, and fair, with continued investment in staffing to support work-life balance. Dedicated surgery days are built into the week to allow focused clinical time.

• MRCVS registered
• Minimum 3 years' mixed practice experience
• Confident managing a varied caseload
• Committed to high clinical standards

• Due to existing structured support for a current new graduate, this position is not suitable for new or recent graduates.

• £1,500 CPD allowance plus 5 days CPD leave
