TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for a permanent Pipefitter on behalf of our external client based in South Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to interpret drawings
• Liaise with departmental charge hands to progress jobs through the facility
• Carry out material checks prior to project commencement
• Shaping and preparation of pipework materials
• Tack welding of fit-ups in various materials
• Ensure correct geometry of components utilising Automet as/when required
• Ensure Quality Assurance system are maintained
• Ensure you are meeting all health and safety standards
• Ensuring client requirements are met at all time

Requirements:

• Time served pipefitter
• Relevant industry experience
• Experienced in use of dimensional control equipment (Automet)
