We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Documentation professional to support manufacturing and quality operations within a fast-paced engineering environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a newly created role, with full training and system access provided.
Key Responsibilities- Compile, review, and assemble Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) for refurbished, repaired, and newly built equipment
- Ensure full material traceability and documentation accuracy
- Maintain quality records in line with compliance and company standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital documentation processes
- Assist with audits, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and document control activities
- Support manufacturing and quality teams with documentation requirements
- Manage scanning, filing, and secure storage of quality documentation
- Experience with in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or documentation roles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working with quality documentation and traceability records
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and RCA methodologies
- Experience with digital document management systems preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full training and onboarding support
- Hybrid working arrangement (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
