Are you passionate about food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Quality Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business, playing a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, legality, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a QC/QA team
Drive food safety and quality culture across the site
Own HACCP, auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement activities
Support exciting new product launches from a technical perspective
Work within a collaborative business committed to quality excellence

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in a Quality Management role
Internal auditing experience
Food manufacturing/FMCG background
HACCP and BRC knowledge highly desirable
