FSQA Manager

Ready to lead quality across multiple manufacturing sites? We're partnering with a successful, growing food manufacturer looking for an experienced FSQA Factory Manager to drive food safety, quality and continuous improvement across multiple UK sites. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape quality culture, lead technical teams, influence senior stakeholders and ensure world-class standards are maintained across the business.

What you'll be doing Leading multi-site Food Safety & Quality operations. Driving BRCGS, HACCP and regulatory compliance. Managing and developing Technical and QA teams. Improving systems, processes and quality performance. Leading audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Building a strong food safety culture across all sites. What we're looking for 10 years' experience in Technical, Quality or Food Safety. Strong leadership experience within food manufacturing.

Proven knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and retailer standards. A confident decision-maker who thrives on improving people, processes and performance. Why apply?
