Pod Talent in Scotland is seeking a senior Head of Product Quality and Compliance to own end-to-end quality, regulatory compliance and testing across our global product portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role within the product and operations organisation, shaping a unified quality function.
You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with Product, Engineering and Supply Chain to embed quality from concept to launch, and drive testing improvements across markets.
