QHSE Advisor

Reed QHSE are delighted to be supporting a specialist engineering organisation in their search for a QHSE & Projects Advisor to join their team. This is a varied role combining QHSE leadership, compliance management, and project administration support. You will play a key role in maintaining integrated management systems, driving a positive safety culture, supporting audits and certifications, and assisting with tender and project documentation.

Key responsibilities:

Leading and promoting company QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices Managing ISO accreditations, audits, certifications, and compliance activities Monitoring training requirements and maintaining employee competency records Investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions Developing and tracking QHSE KPIs, objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives Supporting tender submissions, project administration, and document control Delivering training and promoting a strong safety-focused culture across the business We are keen to speak with candidates who hold a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and have experience managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems .

Previous experience within a QHSE role, combined with strong organisational and administrative skills, is essential.
