Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor

Eco Sure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Aberdeen.

In this role you will support food service brands by conducting on-site assessment and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting food safety health & hygiene and brand standard audits at client sites

• Providing consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices

• Maintaining strong client relationships

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification

• Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends across a variety of dayparts

• Have access to a vehicle hold a full clean driving licence

• Based in or near the assigned territory

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail hotel F&B convenience stores)

• Strong relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently with initiative sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis.
