Group Quality Assurance; QA) Advisor

The Group Quality Assurance (QA) Advisor role centres on providing clarity on the review process for QA scope across the ISO accredited branches.

Maintain the Hydrasun document control register and issue-controlled documents and maintain high standards of housekeeping at all times.

• Assist the HSEQ Manager in ensuring the quality specific elements of Hydrasun’s integrated management system is maintained and complies with the ISO
  9001:2015 standard
• Ensure that the QA team stay abreast of all current and future standard and regulatory requirements
• Carry out quality assurance inductions for all new employees
• Carry out QA audits based on the defined risk profile and in line with the agreed audit plan
• Provide positive challenge to the department and the wider organisation in ensuring the quality management system continually improves and remains fit for purpose for the business

• You’ll need experience
  - Essential
• (But will be required to travel to other Hydrasun or Customer locations.)

• Maintain the effective filing and issue of material certification
• Report and define the clear action on the performance of key suppliers
• Support the wider Hydrasun group on ITP development and approval
• Review and approval of new supplier evaluation forms
• Maintain the Hydrasun document control register and issue-controlled documents
• Write and review procedures / work instructions
