Group Quality Assurance; QA) Advisor

Position: Group Quality Assurance (QA) Advisor
This is aGroup position based in Aberdeen HQ. (But will be required to travel to other Hydrasun or Customer locations.) To assist the Group HSEQ Manager in ensuring overall group governance and compliance to Hydrasuns Integrated HSEQ management system, and specifically to the ISO
9001:2015 standard. Provide strategic support to the organisation to ensure continuous improvement of Quality Assurance within the business and taking the lead on driving efficiency and effectiveness in the quality management system requirements. To provide professional support to all internal and external stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, accreditation bodies, approval bodies) Responsibilities of the Role General To ensure Hydrasun maintains overall compliance to the standards, processes and procedures, and all other associated requirements, as defined within Hydrasuns HSEQ, HR and Competency management systems.

To work safely at all times and take all necessary action to reduce both HSE and quality risk within the workplace Maintain high standards of housekeeping at all times. Promote and foster a strong team culture, driving clear communication and engagement across the Hydrasun group Ensure that the QA team stay abreast of all current and future standard and regulatory requirements and have a clear understanding and process to manage risk and opportunity within the business.

Quality Assurance Assist the HSEQ Manager in ensuring the quality specific elements of Hydrasuns integrated management system is maintained and complies with the ISO
9001:2015 standard Provide positive challenge to the department and the wider organisation in ensuring the quality management system continually improves and remains fit for purpose for the business. Provide clarity on the review process for QA scope across the ISO accredited branches. Be a force for positive change and influence for QA across the organisation Logging of all customer complaints, internal non conformances, supplier non conformances and audit findings, and analysis / evaluation of effectiveness.

Co-ordinate the progression and effectiveness of immediate, corrective, preventative and improvement actions resulting from customer complaints, non conformances and audits, and provide clear analysis on root cause Carry out QA audits based on the defined risk profile and in line with the agreed audit plan. Carry out quality assurance inductions for all new employees Provide general quality training where required to staff Write and review procedures / work instructions Maintain the calibration register Maintain the effective filing and issue of material certification Co-ordinate customer and Supplier audits Review and approval of new supplier evaluation forms Report and define the clear action on the performance of key suppliers Compilation of quality reports Maintain the Hydrasun document control register and issue-controlled documents Support the wider Hydrasun group on ITP development and approval Qualifications
- Essential Secondary School Education ISO 9001:2015 Foundation Training ISO
9001:2015 Internal Auditing Training (IRCA) Qualifications Desirable ISO
9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training (IRCA) Experience
- Essential Working to the ISO
9001:2015 standard.
