Ryden's leading and well established Agency & Development team is looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join our our Aberdeen office.

We advise numerous clients across Northern Scotland from our Aberdeen office, across a number of industries. Examples of recent work include; the letting of over 18,000 square foot of office space to a public regulator in one of the region’s biggest deals of the year, providing investment advice and service in the sale of 47 individual ground lease units for a REIT client and providing rental, capital valuation and lease advisory services for a chain of veterinary practices.
At Ryden, our Aberdeen agency team help our clients providing strategic advice and hands on support on the buying, selling and leasing of commercial real estate.
This opportunityWe are recruiting a Qualified Surveyor into our Agency team based out the Aberdeen office. Working throughout the NE; the successful candidate would focus on both offices and industrial properties. In particular, they would play a key role in the sale and letting of commercial assets, interacting with clients and regular networking with industry contacts, all whilst providing a high standard of customer service to clients.
Thisopportunity exists for a
- A RICS Chartered Surveyor with Agency experience
- A Newly Qualified Surveyor with some relevant agency experience via a rotational graduate programme
- Interested in property, buildings and construction
- Passionate about pursuing a career in real estate
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
- Details orientated
- Personable, professional and presentable
- Confidence in your work and the decisions you make
