Research Scientist
We are seeking a talented and motivated R&D Scientist to join our R&D team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both ongoing and new research projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of R&D projects through microbiological and molecular biology techniques.
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of laboratory protocols.
- Collaborate effectively within a small, multidisciplinary team.
- BSc or MSc (or equivalent) in Biological Sciences or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with standard microbiological and molecular techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001:2015 and cGMP.
- A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
