Job DescriptionWe are seeking chefs of all levels to work on Matchdays and events on an ad hoc basis.

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development, bringing innovative ideas to the table
- Manage food inventory and minimise waste
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff (for higher-level positions)
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes
- Adapt to changing needs and handle high‑pressure situations with professionalism
- Proven experience as a chef, with level of experience commensurate with the position
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods
- Excellent understanding of various cuisines and current food trends
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Food safety awareness
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Creative problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and food allergens
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, predominantly weekends and evenings.
