We are currently looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA. As a Commis Chef you will be an integral part of the Kitchen Brigade Reporting into the Head Chef, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food, you'll do food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a chef de partie or sous chef.

The successful applicant for this role will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be passionate about every aspect of food and cooking and show that they care.

• Maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
• Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
• Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
