This role will lead a busy kitchen, own a section and guide & support the team to deliver high‑quality food quickly. You will support the kitchen management team, ensuring food safety and health and safety are top priorities, manage food production to specification across all sections and lead by example with your culinary skills.

• Lead and manage a kitchen section during busy times
• Ensure food is prepared to specification and served promptly
• Maintain high standards of food safety and health & safety compliance
• Support kitchen management in planning and resource allocation
• Guide and coach team members to improve performance
• Lead by example in culinary skill and professionalism
