Sous Chef

The Sous chef will be responsible for the consistent delivery of new and exciting menus and work closely with the Head Chef. You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent standards and experience in maintaining and improving margin and food costs. Above all your passion for food must be exemplary.

Who we're looking for:

A current Sous Chef or Strong Chef De Partie looking to progress themselves with an excellent company. My client is looking for excellent all round experience. Working in a 4-5 star environment would be an advantage but not essential,
