Hotel Co 51 is seeking a kitchen operative for the Moxy Edinburgh Airport site. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing and presenting meals to brand standards while maintaining clean prep and service areas. Training will be provided; enthusiasm for food and a can-do attitude are essential.
Role involves FIFO, assisting with orders, and ensuring food safety compliance in a dynamic hotel kitchen. English fluency is required, and experience in hospitality is advantageous.
