Demi Chef​/Commis; Chinese & Asia Cuisine

Responsible to prepare all food in his assigned kitchen.

Ensure mise-en-place is completed according to production plan.

Prevent food spoilage through daily checks and ensures that all incoming and outgoing food items are up to agreed standards.

Maintain consistent quality and continuously strive to upgrade products produced in the assigned area

Check food storage areas and refrigerators for cleanliness and proper functioning, report any discrepancies to the supervisor

Requirements

Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Hotel experience is preferred

Creative, open-minded in acquiring new knowledge and work under pressure

Good team player

Capable of handling various tasks in busy kitchen environment

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Commis
