Halfords is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our team.

• Age 21+ – £13.51 per hour
• Under 21 – £11.30 per hour

Love motoring and cycling? Great with customers? This role involves working on vehicles in our car park and on bikes in‑store, providing fitting services and building and servicing cycles.

• Deliver market‑leading standards of service to customers.
• Fit car parts, technology, build and service cycles.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience and sales.

• Experience delivering great customer service, preferably in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

• Knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
