Replenishment Manager

We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Kitty Retail Park, Aberdeen! You’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork.

This is a permanent, full‑time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

• Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
• Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
• Oversee warehouse and back‑of‑house operations, including stock control and safety
• Support promotional and seasonal activities
• Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
• Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team

• Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A hands‑on leader with a proactive, can‑do attitude
• Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast‑moving environment
• A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets
