UK Notional hourly rate £13.37 per hour (inclusive of an £0.27 per hour, store specific location allowance)

Role Overview

The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your Trade Point members & get to know them & their business through great conversations meaning you’re in the best position to recommend the right products and services for them.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with trade members daily, taking ownership and building relationships through conversations.
  • Enjoy helping your trade members get great value for themselves and their clients through promotions and signing up of our trade loyalty scheme.
  • Continuously develop your skills through training and by learning from others.
  • Pitch in as part of a team and remain flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
  • Adjust your approach in different situations and build relationships with customers.
  • Have an eye for new business opportunities.
