Location: Aberdeen City

Store Supervisor (perm, full-time) – Drive consumer experience in our flagship store in Aberdeen. The North Face is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic supervisor to act as the vital link between store management and the sales associates, driving service and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
  • Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer‑ready.
  • Ensure the store looks great, maintaining all retail operation standards in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Adhere to operational policies and procedures.
  • Understand the store’s KPIs and play your part to ensure they are achieved.
  • Open and close the store, taking responsibility and being in charge when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Experience in opening and closing a store, taking responsibility and being in charge when necessary.
  • Retail background, ideally with some fashion or lifestyle experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language a plus).
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and various POS systems.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.

  • Enthusiastic, hands‑on, supportive, and able to create a fun environment.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to coach and motivate sales associates.
