- 30 hours per week
- 2‑week rota Monday–Friday alternating weeks;
Week 1: 07:00–13:30, Week 2: 12:00–18:30 - Permanent
- Retail Assistant (Weekend Shift)
- 9 hours per week (4.5 hours Saturday, 4.5 hours Sunday)
- 4‑week rota including 08:00–12:30, 08:30–13:00, 10:30–15:00, 15:00–19:30
- Must be available for all shifts in rota
- Permanent;
Band 2 – payable at £20.47 per hour Sat, £26.73 per hour Sun
- Retail Assistant Aroma Rotunda Cart
- 17.5 hours per week
- Monday–Friday 12:30–16:00
- Permanent
- Retail Assistant Aroma Concourse, ARI
- 25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday 12:00–17:00
- Permanent
We are looking for you to assist the organisation in providing patients, staff and visitors with a high quality, customer‑focused and safe retail beverage and food service. You will contribute to the operation and cleanliness of the Retail Units and associated equipment while ensuring high levels of food safety, service and customer satisfaction. The main base will be at the listed location per post but you may be required to work in other units if needed.
ApplicationCriteria
- Previous experience working face‑to‑face with the public in a busy, fast‑paced customer‑service / retail environment meeting customer expectations.
- Experience of ‘Barista’‑style coffee service.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be willing and able to work the specified hours and rota.
- Applicants must be able to meet mandatory mandatory safety and health requirements for working in a hospital retail environment.
