We're looking for a Store Manager who can cultivate a culture of care collaboration and this roleyoulltake ownership of total store activities ensuring compliance with local state and federal laws and internal audits.

• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store goals with overall company objectives

• Manage store budgets including payroll productivity and other operational expenses to ensure financial targets are met

• Analyze sales and performance data toidentifyopportunities for growth and improvement

• Implement strategies to drive sales and profitability while controlling costs

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring compliance with local state and federal laws as well as internal audits and policies

• Delegate responsibilities equitably to ensure smooth and efficient store operations

• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout the store

• Ensure the store is well-stocked clean and visually appealing

• Oversee merchandising efforts including product placement promotions and inventory management

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals

• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with organizations within thelocal community participating in and supporting community events and initiatives

• Promote the stores community engagement programs and encourage team participation

• Create andmaintaina culture of best-in-class customer service promoting a positive environment for both internal and external customers

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally ensuring high levelsof satisfaction

• Implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experience

What youbring to the table:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management  or a related fieldor equivalent years of work experience

• Minimum of 5 years in retail management with a strong understanding of all store operations

• Proven track recordof leading and developing high-performing teams

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills inspiring and guiding teams to achieve goals

• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance

• Excellent communication interpersonal planning and organizational skills

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities

• High levelof customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
