Our Commercial team is expanding, and we’re looking for ambitious new talent to help us grow even further.

This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with a little experience in sales, marketing, or business development — but more importantly, someone with a huge appetite to learn, grow, and succeed . You’ll play a key supporting role for our Commercial team:

• Handling smaller-scale sales opportunities
• Conducting outbound communication with potential clients (calls, emails, Linked In outreach, etc.)
• Supporting with client research and lead generation
• Assisting in proposal preparation and sales administration
• Managing follow-up communications and building early client relationships

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to major accounts, high-profile clients, and the full sales process — with plenty of room to evolve your career, earn commission, and grow into larger responsibilities over time.

• Some prior experience in a sales, customer service, or BD role is an advantage — but attitude matters more than your CV!
• A natural communicator: confident, clear, and personable
• Hungry to learn and open to coaching and feedback
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

• Able to work from our Aberdeen office
