A bit about the roleAs our Vice President of Sales (SAP), you will lead the strategy and execution for acquiring new clients across the UK and Europe. This is a senior leadership role focused on selling SAP S/4
HANA implementation projects to new logos, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. You’ll be responsible for building strategic relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders, positioning our solutions as the preferred choice for enterprise transformation.
In addition to owning high‑value sales opportunities, you will build and lead a high‑performing UK sales team. You’ll coach, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve ambitious targets while personally engaging in complex enterprise deals. This role requires a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presentations to RFP responses and contract negotiation - combined with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of enterprise technology sales.
What you’ll be doing- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth, exceed revenue targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Own the full sales cycle for SAP S/4
HANA implementation projects, including prospecting, presentations, RFP/tender responses, and contract negotiation. - Build and lead a high‑performing UK sales team, setting clear goals and driving accountability.
- Guide territory planning, pipeline development, and account strategy.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with consultants, marketing, and delivery to support the full sales cycle.
- Ensure consistent execution across complex sales cycles and maintain high professional standards.
- Forecast and manage the sales pipeline accurately, providing timely reporting of pipeline status, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders at target accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise profitability while ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven track record in net new logo acquisition and B2B sales leadership, particularly within ERP (SAP) domains.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and enterprise technology sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive KPIs, and deliver results in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
- Experience in both new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Inspirational leadership style with a focus on adaptability and performance.
