The Role

As Junior Sales Manager – UK, you will be responsible for:

  • Covering sales for all BIO-UV product lines across the UK, with a strong focus on the leisure industry (pools, spas, hotels, water parks, aquariums).
  • Managing and developing customer accounts and prospecting new sales channels.
  • Collaborating closely with Senior Sales Managers to identify and pursue key customers.
  • Growing the aftermarket business with existing customers.
  • Travelling up to 50% of the time to meet customers, attend industry events, and represent BIO-UV Group.
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional who can make a real impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the leisure industry (pools, spas, hotels, water parks, aquariums).
  • A strong existing network of contacts within the sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience in water treatment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (up to 50%).
