Aesthetic Sales Managerto drive growth and build long-term partnerships across our innovative range ofinjectables, energy-based devices, skincare solutions, and upcoming product launches.

Base Salary:£50,000 per year

On-Target Earnings (OTE):£70,000+ per year

Develop and manage strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, key accounts, and practitioners

Deliver engaging product training and support treatment protocol implementation

Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets

Onboard new clients and ensure seamless integration of the full product portfolio

Actively participate in workshops, training sessions, events, and aesthetic exhibitions

Stay informed about trends in aesthetic medicine and contribute insights to the team

5+ years of experience in aesthetic sales or business development (injectables or medical devices preferred)

Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and managing the full sales cycle

Strong network within theUK aesthetics industry is highly desirable

Experience delivering product or clinical training to clinics and practitioners

Confident communicator who excels at building rapport and converting leads

Willingness to travel across the UK (approx. 40%)

FullUK driving licence and theright to work in the UK
