The Role- Take full ownership of your territory, identifying opportunities and driving consistent sales growth
- Develop strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor within the industry
- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, targeted outreach, and digital engagement
- Deliver engaging product and service presentations that showcase value‑driven solutions
- Understand customer challenges and provide tailored, consultative recommendations
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and negotiation through to closing deals and account development
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to wider business success
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maximise opportunities
- Previous experience within sales, account management, territory sales, or business development
- Knowledge or experience within farming, agriculture, machinery, outdoor industries, or a related sector
- A commercially minded individual with a strong drive to succeed and deliver results
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and engage customers
- Confident negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
- A positive, energetic attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Full UK driving licence preferred (company car provided)
