Full job description Business Development Manager (Crane Hire / Lifting Solutions) Aberdeen £55,000-£60,000  Uncapped Commission (OTE £75,000-£80,000)  Company Car  Private Healthcare  Life Insurance  Progression Are you a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or Technical Sales professional with experience selling into construction, lifting, logistics, energy, ports, industrial or engineering environments, looking for a field-based role where you can take ownership of new business growth across Aberdeen?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing provider of crane hire, contract lifting, port services and project solutions. With the business expanding its commercial presence in Aberdeen, this is a high-autonomy role where you will be responsible for opening doors, developing new sectors and building a strong pipeline of profitable work. In this role, you will focus on winning new customers across Aberdeen and the surrounding area, building relationships with contractors, project teams and senior commercial decision-makers.

You will understand client requirements, develop commercially viable solutions and work closely with operational teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role would suit a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Technical Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager or Commercial Manager with a strong hunter mentality and experience selling into crane hire, lifting, construction, logistics, industrial, engineering, energy or related sectors.

The Role Win new business across Aberdeen Build relationships with contractors and commercial clients Develop opportunities across new sectors Manage a proactive sales pipeline and CRM Attend customer meetings and site visits Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts Work with operations teams on client solutions Monitor local market and competitor activity

The Person Proven B2B new business sales experience Strong hunter mentality and prospecting ability Relevant sector experience desirable Commercially aware with pricing knowledge Strong knowledge of the Aberdeen market Confident with senior decision-makers Self-motivated and target-driven Full UK driving licence  Key Words:
