Removals Sales Consultant

Salary: £45,000 OTE (Good Basic + Car Allowance +Bonus)

Our client, a leading and well-established removals company, is seeking a commercially focused Sales Consultant to drive territory growth across West Sussex, Kent and Hampshire. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective customers, conducting surveys, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into confirmed business.

• Conducting customer surveys via telephone, video, self-survey platforms and face-to-face appointments
• Preparing accurate quotations and move costings
• Identifying customer requirements and conversion opportunities
• Managing enquiries, quotations and follow-ups through the CRM system
• Maximising margins through pricing, insurance and additional services
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Achieving agreed sales, conversion and revenue targets

• Proven sales experience within removals, relocations, kitchen design, flooring sales, home improvements, estate agency or a similar consultative sales environment
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Commercially minded and target driven
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
