We have an opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Aberdeen
As a Sales Advisor, your ambition drives your earning potential. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will showcase the prestigious Porsche product range and support customers throughout every stage of their purchasing journey. Through your energy, enthusiasm and genuine passion for the Porsche brand, you will create memorable customer experiences, inspire confidence and build lasting customer relationships, maximising both customer loyalty and your sales success.
Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of the full sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and delivering exceptional aftersales care.
- Proactively develop your own pipeline through existing customers, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Stay ahead of new model releases, pipeline stock, and product updates to ensure confident recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues at brand events, showroom days, and customer handovers.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, including compliance with financial services regulations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Previous experience in a car sales experience is essential, ideally within a prestige car sales environment.
- Proven ability to generate, convert and retain customer loyalty.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent high level of customer service
- Fantastic communication skills and natural ability to build conversation
- High level of drive and passion to be successful.
- A natural and progressive passion for sport scars and the product you promote.
- Self‑motivated, target driven and hungry to earn.
- A class‑leading level of organisation and articulation.
- A keen and progressive understanding of EV (electric vehicles) and the evolution of electrification
- A full UK driving licence.
A competitive salary of £25,250 plus commission, OTE £60,000
