As part of Oceanair’s continued expansion across Scotland, we are looking to partner with experienced individuals already working within the plumbing and heating industries who want the opportunity to build something of their own. We are looking for entrepreneurial people with strong industry relationships, technical understanding and the drive to create a successful branch business that becomes a key part of its local trade community.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team
  • Drive sales growth and build strong relationships with trade customers
  • Manage stock levels, deliveries, and branch merchandising
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
  • Take responsibility for branch profitability and performance targets
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills
  • Experience in the plumbing, heating, or merchant sector
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in driving sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, organised, and results‑driven approach
