Aberdeen | Full-Time
What You ll Be Doing- Serving as the go-to contact for client accounts, handling technical queries and issues
- Attending client meetings and producing visit reports
- Keeping clients updated on open queries and outstanding orders
- Providing technical support to client accounts
- Passing on leads and enquiries to the sales team
- Keeping quotes and forecasts accurate and up to date
- Planning ahead for upcoming client work and spares requirements
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting for regular sales reviews
- Occasional site visits, including offshore, as required
- Essential:
- Relevant technical/industry experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Desirable:
- Apprenticeship or technical training background
- Account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
A hands-on role at the centre of client relationships, with genuine progression toward account management and project delivery
