What You'll Be Doing as Sales Executive:- Selling success
- Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories. - Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities
- Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience. - Building connections
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships. - Following up leads
- Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities. - Sealing the deal
- Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions. - Delivering excellence
- Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.
- Experience in car sales or a similar customer-focused sales role.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Confidence, motivation, and a hunger to succeed.
- Ability to work as part of a talented, driven team.
- 6 weeks' holiday (30 days, full-time) - increases with service.
